By accessing or using the okpkay website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the okpkay Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

okpkay reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the okpkay Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okpkay or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the okpkay Platform or any related platform operated by the Company.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by okpkay or any relevant regulatory authority.

okpkay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by okpkay may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the okpkay Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the okpkay Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If okpkay discovers that a member holds more than one account, the Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okpkay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify okpkay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. okpkay reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if it believes your account security has been compromised.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

okpkay is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposits

okpkay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. okpkay does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Deposits are generally credited to your okpkay account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. okpkay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. okpkay reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. The Company aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the okpkay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility. okpkay does not absorb third-party transaction fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

okpkay is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are connected to fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity. In such cases, okpkay may report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

okpkay may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. okpkay reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

okpkay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that the Company considers to be an exploitation of its promotional offers.

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the okpkay Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — are correct before confirming any wager. okpkay will not be liable for any errors made by the player in placing a bet.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the okpkay Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. okpkay reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

okpkay reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, match abandonment, or where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event or game has been compromised. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the member's account balance.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, handball, and virtual sports — results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body or data provider used by okpkay. In the event of a discrepancy, the result recorded by okpkay's official data provider shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpkay Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okpkay staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the okpkay Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of okpkay or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okpkay.

okpkay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

okpkay will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required to operate the Platform lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpkay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

okpkay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okpkay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okpkay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

okpkay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its members. The Company provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

okpkay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting okpkay's customer support team. Requests for account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any pending bets and completion of any outstanding withdrawal requests.

okpkay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the okpkay Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
